Account Manager to Senior Account Manager
THE JOBSolComms is the high-energy PR partner for start-ups and scale-ups sitting at the intersection of corporate and consumer. We’re looking for two entry-level associates to join our dynamic team this summer. Designed to provide recent graduates interested in a career in public relations, the summer associate program provides a unique opportunity to learn firsthand the roles and responsibilities of an entry-level position within the agency.
Associates will get to work across various B2B/Consumer-facing healthcare and digital health companies. At the end of the program, there will be the possibility of a full-time position with the agency, following the associate’s training.The paid summer program will last 12 weeks, from June 2 to August 28, and will be on-site in our New York City office four days a week.

WHAT YOU'LL DO• Conduct daily and weekly audits, flagging coverage, relevant news pertaining to your clients, and more
• Manage key administrative tasks, inclusive editing PR trackers, drafting call agendas and recaps, leading monthly reporting, scheduling meetings with clients, and more
• Participate in media relations activities, such as building thoughtful and targeted media lists, pitching, securing coverage, and developing relationships with editors
•Draft media materials, including pitches and briefing docs
• Conduct in-depth industry research
• Participate in client calls, brainstorms, and planning sessions
• Influencer Campaign Management: Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers to drive awareness and engagement;
• Assist in planning and executing events

WHAT YOU'LL GET• Salary range: $16.50 / hour

Brand Marketing Manager
THE JOBWe are seeking a seasoned Brand Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This role is vital to the growth of our company, and will shape our brand’s presence across all marketing initiatives. The Brand Marketing Manager will set marketing campaign strategies and work cross functionally with our content, design, copy, product, and analytics teams to achieve our marketing goals. This role reports to our Director of Marketing.

WHAT YOU'LL DO• Strategic Marketing Planning: Work with our Director of Marketing to implement marketing campaign briefs into compelling strategies, tactics, and KPIs. Collaborate with key departments including copy, design, and content to execute the plan from start to finish.  Provide post campaign analysis determining the success of each campaign;
• IRL Events/Marketing Activations: Plan and execute in-person events and activations. Ideate, coordinate logistics, partnerships, and promotions with a cross functional team. Measure event ROI and gather customer feedback for future planning;
• New Product Marketing: Work closely with our product team to analyze audience insights and market trends to inform product launches. Oversee new product launch campaigns across all channels;
• Public Relations (PR): Manage day to day media relations and press releases, including regularly maintaining and responding to our inbound marketing /media inbox. Pitch brand moments to press and media. Manage external PR partners as needed. Work closely with content marketing to ensure seamless storytelling across the brand;
• Brand Collaborations: Ideate and pitch potential brands for brand collaborations. Facilitate and oversee partnerships from start to finish;
• Brand / Comms Management: Build and maintain our comms/marketing calendar and deliver to key stakeholders. Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visuals across all platforms. Update and implement brand guidelines as needed;
• Influencer Campaign Management: Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers to drive awareness and engagement;
• Affiliate Program Management: Oversee our affiliate program, ensuring partners are engaged, aligned with our brand, and driving meaningful results; and
• Content Repurposing & Optimization: Work closely with creative teams to repurpose assets across multiple channels (social, email, blog, paid ads) for maximum reach and impact.
