Junior Account Executive to Account Executive
THE JOBSolComms is the high-energy PR partner for start-ups and scale-ups sitting at the intersection of corporate and consumer. We’re looking for two entry-level associates to join our dynamic team this summer. Designed to provide recent graduates interested in a career in public relations, the summer associate program provides a unique opportunity to learn firsthand the roles and responsibilities of an entry-level position within the agency.
Associates will get to work across various B2B/Consumer-facing healthcare and digital health companies. At the end of the program, there will be the possibility of a full-time position with the agency, following the associate’s training.The paid summer program will last 12 weeks, from June 2 to August 28, and will be on-site in our New York City office four days a week.

WHAT YOU'LL DO• Conduct daily and weekly audits, flagging coverage, relevant news pertaining to your clients, and more
• Manage key administrative tasks, inclusive editing PR trackers, drafting call agendas and recaps, leading monthly reporting, scheduling meetings with clients, and more
• Participate in media relations activities, such as building thoughtful and targeted media lists, pitching, securing coverage, and developing relationships with editors
•Draft media materials, including pitches and briefing docs
• Conduct in-depth industry research
• Participate in client calls, brainstorms, and planning sessions
• Influencer Campaign Management: Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers to drive awareness and engagement;
• Assist in planning and executing events

Director of Influencer Marketing
THE JOB

‍SolComms is the high-energy PR partner for start-ups and scale-ups sitting at the intersection of corporate and consumer.
This role combines creative vision, strong relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the social and influencer landscape to drive impactful partnerships and measurable results.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Strategy & Creative Development

• Partner with the founder and VP of the consumer division to oversee and grow the influencer program
• Develop and execute influencer and celebrity marketing strategies, proposals, and creative campaign concepts for health/wellness, beauty, and CPG brands.
• Contribute innovative ideas for influencer activations, brand ambassadorships, product seedings, and paid content collaborations.
• Identify emerging platforms, content formats, and social media trends to keep campaigns fresh and competitive.
• Ensure campaigns prioritize diversity, representation, and authentic brand alignment.
• Participate in the development of new business proposals, join pitches, and source new leads.

Influencer Discovery & Relationship Management

• Proactively source and vet micro, mid-tier, and macro influencers across multiple platforms and niches using tools such as social listening, hashtag searches, influencer databases, and competitor analysis.
• Maintain a robust influencer database, tracking audience demographics, content styles, and engagement metrics.
• Foster and expand relationships with influencers, celebrities, talent managers, agents, stylists, and assistants.
• Represent the agency at industry events, networking opportunities, and client-facing meetings.

Campaign Execution & Management

• Own end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, from casting and contract negotiations to content approvals and delivery.
• Oversee both organic and paid partnership opportunities, including ad-hoc content creation and long-term ambassadorships.
• Collaborate with internal account teams and clients to ensure campaign objectives are met.
• Manage product send-outs and creative briefs for influencer collaborations.

Analytics, Reporting & Administration

• Track influencer campaign performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, providing actionable insights for optimization.
• Manage influencer contracts, payment processes, and budget tracking.
• Maintain organized documentation of influencer collaborations, contracts, and campaign results.
• Prepare and present reports to clients and senior leadership.
